Intelligent Servo Motor Size Reduced 25% and Power Maintained 
Dunkermotoren has reduced the length of its 45mm frame size brushless DC motors with integral 4-quadrant speed controls (BG45SI) by 25%, while maintaining the same power and torque capabilities and motor efficiencies.

Brushless DC servo motors now with integrated EtherCAT interface
Dunkermotoren introduced their powerful DC servo motors with EtherCAT interface on the SPS/IPC/DRIVES trade show in Nuremberg between 23th and 25th November 2010. With the servo motors of the BG family, Dunkermotoren offers powerful, intelligent drives with an output power of 40 to 500W. These compact drives have been available with field bus interface CANopen for years; they are newly available with the established Profibus DP (V1) interface. With the EtherCAT interface, Dunkermotoren complete their portfolio of integrated communication interfaces.

Complete modular system for small DC servo motor
Dunkermotoren introduces a consistent expansion of their portfolio of brushless motors. The compact BG 32 with an outer diameter of 32 mm and a nominal output power - depending of the length - of 10 or 20 Watt, is related to the well-established BG 42 in terms of technology. With a modular system of control electronics, encoder systems, brakes and gearboxes that was carefully matched to the BG 32, a suitable solution for almost all applications can be found with a minimum of time- and design expenditure.

Small-sized, brush-type and strong
With the GR 23, Dunkermotoren launches a powerful brush-type DC motor with an output power of up to 4.3 Watt. In contrast to its predecessor, the GR 22, the continuous output torque was simply doubled, from 0.5 Ncm to 1 Ncm, while it was lengthened only by 15%.

Brushless DC-servo motors now with Profibus
At the SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2009 exhibition in Nuremberg from the 24th to the 26th November 2009, Dunkermotoren presented their DC-servo motors with PROFIBUS DP Interface. The manufacturer of drive solutions is expanding his product range with the well-established Interface Profibus DP V1.

At the SPS/IPC/DRIVES 2009 exhibition from 24 to 26 November 2009, Dunkermotoren presents the new brushed DC-motor GR 63S. This motor complements the gap between GR 63 to GR 80 with an output power up to 130 Watts.

High torques transmitted quietly
The drive specialist located in Bonndorf enlarges its comprehensive product line by a new high-torque planetary gearbox PLG63. This compact planetary gearbox with continuous torque up to 100 Nm, fits perfectly to the new DC- servomotor BG65 S.

Double the output power - same size motor
At the Hannover Messe from 20 to 24 April 2009, Dunkermotoren will present the new DC- Servo Motor BG65 S, which is an enhanced version of the highly acclaimed BG65. The output power of the new BG65 S is more than the double that of its predecessor, with the same footprint.
